As Ramona already posted, we had a nice Thanksgiving in Houston. The weather was very nice, so we were rudely awakened this morning by this:

We had a similar experience coming back from Albuquerque. It never got cold enough that you really needed a jacket in Albuquerque, but we were chipping ice off the car windshield in the snow at the Denver airport before we could drive home.
